I didn't come into law to write memos. I came into it because contracts are where good intentions either hold up under pressure or fall apart — and I wanted to be the person making sure they hold up.

For the past four years, I've worked inside Saudi Arabia's construction and contracting sector, where the stakes of a poorly worded clause or a missed procedural deadline are not abstract — they show up as claims, variation orders, and disputes that can stall a project or cost a company real money. My job has been to get ahead of that: reviewing and negotiating agreements before they become liabilities, and stepping into litigation and arbitration when a dispute can't be avoided.

At Al Ramsat Contracting Company, where I currently serve as Legal Specialist, I sit close to where the legal and commercial sides of a project actually meet. I draft and negotiate the agreements, flag the liability and compliance risks early, and work directly with internal teams and stakeholders so the paperwork holds up to both regulatory scrutiny and commercial reality. When a matter goes further — a hearing, a negotiation, or a dispute that needs resolving — I represent the organization's position directly, preparing the arguments and documentation that back it up.

That instinct for getting ahead of a problem was built earlier as a trainee lawyer at Al-Hurqan Legal Group and, before that, at Lawyer Khaled Al Taher Office. Those years were where I learned to build a case from the ground up — researching precedent, reviewing evidence, drafting pleadings that hold together under questioning, and translating a tangle of legislation into a recommendation a client can actually act on.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law from King Khalid University (Second Class Honors, GPA 4.35/5.00) and an Attorney Practice License issued by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice, alongside continued training in governance, risk and compliance, legal negotiation, and international law. I work comfortably in both Arabic and English, which matters in a sector where a single project can involve local contractors, government bodies, and international counterparts in the same conversation.

What I bring to a legal team isn't just experience in contracts. It's a track record of catching the problem before it's expensive, and standing behind the position I've built when it's tested in a hearing or a negotiation.
