Legal Specialist

Al Ramsat Contracting Company · Saudi Arabia

This is where my construction and contracting focus took shape. I review, negotiate, and draft the contracts and legal instruments that protect the company's commercial position — catching liability and compliance risk in the language before it becomes a problem on-site. When a claim or variation order comes in, I'm the one interpreting the applicable laws, regulations, and precedent to tell the business what its actual exposure is, not just what the contract says on paper.

I don't work in isolation from the business — I sit with internal teams and stakeholders to work through complex issues together, and I make sure every piece of documentation that leaves our side actually meets regulatory and contractual muster. And when a dispute can't be resolved at the table, I represent the company directly in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, building the arguments and documentation that get us to a resolution.

This was where I learned to build a case that survives contact with the other side. I drafted lawsuits from the ground up, researching the precedent that made each argument stand on solid footing rather than just sound persuasive. Before any hearing, I went through the evidence, the pleadings, and the procedural requirements line by line — the kind of preparation that catches the issue a rushed review would miss.

When clients came to me with a dispute, my job was to turn a mess of legislation and precedent into a recommendation they could actually act on — and to make sure every filing that went out the door was accurate and procedurally sound.

Lawyer Khaled Al Taher Office · Saudi Arabia

My first year in practice, and where the fundamentals were set. I advised clients on disputes by working through the relevant regulations and precedent and giving them a recommendation aligned to what they actually needed — not just a legal opinion for its own sake. I reviewed evidence and procedural requirements to identify the issues that would matter most for a client's position.

I researched the statutes, case law, and judicial precedent behind every litigation filing I helped prepare. Every submission got the same scrutiny: accurate, and built to hold up procedurally.
